Refund Policy

Custom-manufactured products are made from customer-supplied designs. Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once CAD review or production has started, cancellation or refund eligibility may be limited. Defective or incorrectly manufactured items should be reported promptly with photographs and the order number.
